Vanderlely’s is a up front and honest automotive shop. I have had several vehicles repaired there. They quote for worst case scenario and then are honest about the work they do. If they didn’t have to replace something in the quote they don’t charge you, the man hrs to do the job is lower, they don’t charge you. They also show you the damaged part they replaced. Highly recommended.

When we ran into a snag on my 28 year old F150 the crew at Vanderlely's really went over the top. My old truck had "plastic valve covers" and they were warped. (Really ford... Plastic valve covers?) well after the initial diagnosis of leaky valve cover gaskets was proven incorrect the subsequent change to find valve covers proved difficult.. to say the least... Not only did they loan me a vehicle to use, knowing i use my truck for my business and this is my busy season, but they kept me informed every step of the way and were always apologetic, even though this was not their fault. (again, Plastic ford... WTH) While the use of the loaner was not ideal, it has kept me in business for the week without my truck. Kudos to Scott and crew for making the best of a bad situation. I can not say enough good things about Scott and his crew. They built a Ford 9 inch for my 55 Belair. Two years and 2,500 miles later it threw a rear wheel bearing. Although they where not responsible for a faulty part, they took good care of me and my baby. A shop that stands behind their work is noteworthy. Thank you Scott & Vanderlely's. Highly recommend!

I loved working with Wendy, Joshua, and Kurt to get a frame repair and a 'wondering steering' issue taken care of on my '95 F150. Not only did they do an absolutely outstanding job, they walked me through exactly what they wanted to do before they did it, called with an update when they encountered a 'change of plans' type issue, AND gave me the full back-brief after it was done. I couldn't be happier with the results, and had a really good time bouncing ideas back and forth. Also, last but not least, the pricing! We'd talked about what I was looking to do, cost, and ways to keep it from getting too expensive. At the end of the day I'm VERY happy with the result of that too!
